Mobile Meet 2010
Theme: On the Road to Change
Monday 6th to Thursday 9th September 2010
Mobile Meets are for committee members, staff and friends of Mobile Children’s Services and community services’ colleagues. There will be workshops, forums, keynote, displays, ideas, policies and resources to share, the AGM, regional meetings and service-type meetings.
We will be providing approximately 24 workshops and forums covering topics similar to:

- Staffing Cycles
- Daily Diaries and Journals
- Multi-auspicing
- Programming for Outdoor Play
- Liaison with Funding Bodies
- Child Development
- IR Update
- Multicultural and Indigenous Families

- Community Services Forums

- Music/Dance/Art/Craft Activities
- Early Years Learning Framework
Dinner theme for the Conference is: WILD WILD WEST
Mobile Meet 2010 will follow the same format as Mobile Meet 2009. Registration is from 2.00pm on Monday. An activities night has been planned for the Monday evening. The conference is officially opened at 9.00am on Tuesday and finishes 10.30am on the Thursday. Accommodation will be provided for the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights at selected motels in Dubbo and within an easy walking distance to the RSL Club.
The cost for the conference registration, including all meals and accommodation from Monday evening to Thursday morning for NSW Mobiles will be at the subsidised rate of approximately $410 (incl of GST) or for non NSW Mobiles the full cost will be approximately $660 (incl of GST).
